At American Muscle, your goals are our priority. Our Personal Trainers are passionate and dedicated to you and your needs. Since our inception, the studio has grown positively allowing us to expand, evolve and exceed expectations. American Muscle Studios houses two levels of beautiful space to accommodate many of our training modalities in an exclusive studio environment. The main level houses our newly renovated Personal Training area as well as a 1,200 square foot workout floor for TRX, weight training, functional fitness, aerial yoga classes and more. Our second floor gives you a Manhattan feel as you overlook the hustle and bustle of Main St. Riverhead. Its tranquil space with traditional hardwood floors with floor to ceiling windows offers the perfect ambiance for classes such as our newly added and increasingly popular Pilates Reformer Studio run by Pilates Master Trainer Jeannie Brady. American Muscle Studios is about unity, empowerment and building each other up.
