They cleaned the outside of our house in east hampton. They were really easy to deal with for scheduling, were able to accommodate short notice, and the staff that came were very nice and did a great job.
I could not be happier! Great communication to start, the workers were professional, courteous, clean and polite. They sent 3 guys so it went quickly and they were even mindful of closing my gate so the dogs couldn't get out. One of the workers cleaned the gunk out of the track so my slider works so much better! Most importantly my windows are sparkling. Thank you for service that is all too rare these days!
I am a first time customer of Crystal Clear Window Cleaning. I called the office and they sent someone to give me an estimate the next day. The estimate was very reasonable so I scheduled my appointment. Christina and Valentine arrived before the appointment and got right to work cleaning my windows and gutters. They were very fast and did an awesome job!! I am very pleased!! I will definitely be calling Crystal Clear next spring!!
Worst customer service. The service was way below par and when I called the owner, she did nothing to rectify the situation or send another person out to fix the bad job they did. The windows were still very dirty and their services were just useless. To this day, she keeps harrassing me by emails every week for payment of the horrific service for $350. The company is obviously struggling as for her to email for over a year now every single week shows how bad she is doing.
