Locally-run business for security is as good as it gets. After experiencing hassles with a nation-wide security/alarm company, decided to try MTC. They responded personally to my calls and inquiries. The consultation visit was very thorough, friendly, and informative...took time to go through options as well as ramifications based on household structure (e.g., where wires would/could be run, hardware options/features vs. aesthetics, etc.). No hard sell on a contract or upgrades...just simply figuring out what would fit our needs best. The installation and activation visit was also incredibly customer oriented.
